So Tuesday we starting to Tap our Maple Tree for sap . I should say a childcare dad is for A childcare project . So as of today we have i would say 1/2 gal sap . Which really nothing but it was exciting to see it drip . If nothing else next week we will taste test Real maple to store brand . It was exciting to watch ..
