So We been studying the food pyramid and this puppet shows each food group to help the children make food choice from each group . We learning eat more food from bigger group and less from smaller group .
Now my puppets from providers choice a government food program I belong to this was handed to providers years ago , Sorry no link up . but every simply to make your own ..
After they finished their puppets they took them and made balanced meal to share at circle time today . Here to so far they made making sure they have fruit/veggies 2 ,grain , meat , dairy . yummy !!
